Need help finding an attorney?
Heres the deal, my employer is withholding my wages illegaly. He has also classified all of his employees as independent contractors when I think we should be employees. So he is not paying any or our taxes such as social security, or federal, he isnt paying us over time, holiday pay, nothing. After extensive reading or AZ laws and lobor regulations I really do feel that he is in the wrong. Now I just spent my little nest egg on Christmas, and birthdays. I have no money, and my boss is withholding my next paycheck that i was going to use to pay my rent. I have no money to put down on an attorney. I will be glad to sign something stating that they will recieve a portion of my winnings, but I can not find anyone willing to do such. I feel that I must also add that my credit isnt great because of recent deployments to Afganistan and Iraq.
