The best vacation?

On january, I’m gonna take a week off and go for a week-long vacation with my girlfriend. I’m still thinking about the place I wanna spend that week in. I live in Orange County, California, and places I’ve already seen are, Los angeles, vegas and san francisco! That’s it. Grand Canyon sounds good but not for a week! Please write your suggestions. I really appreciate your help in advance.
